Second test match between Pakistan and host Sri Lanka will be played from Sunday, 12th July to Thursday, 16th July, 2009 at P Sara Oval, Colombo from 10:00 local, 04:30 GMT, 11.00 Pakistan time. Sri Lanka leading the 3 match test series by 1-0 after a dramatic 50 runs win in the 1st test.
Sri Lanka won the 1st test dramatically from the mouth of defeat as their bowlers took 8 wickets for just 46 runs on the 4th day. Regular keeper Prasanna Jayawardane might return in the team, missed first test due to injury and give relief to Dilshan who had done extra responsibility of keeping.
