Give any thought to the type of recreation you plan to indulge in this summer? If you're like many of us, the economy has taken it's toll on what we can and can not do. Yet close your eyes for just a moment, and imagine a nice mild breeze brushing against your face, hearing the sounds of a light wind against your ears, and feeling the rhythmic beat of a steady gallop. Horseback riding... Now picture yourself on the back of a light chestnut Belgian horse. Kicking up some dust this year may not be a bad idea. Maybe even therapeutic.
